.... regarding what his 'audience' is interested in.  He's in No. Calif, Mediterranean climate, and has done great research detailed apple growing, training, grafting, breeding plus deer hide processing, total deer utilization, biochar, woodstove, gardening, ; rural road management, vegetable breeding, and much more I can't remember right now :)  Let's use him!  ;)
