Ideas for  devising a natural fence from branches of honey locust and stems of dew berries? My initial plan was to use a solar electric fence around the garden then also around a goat pen but I only have one solar energizer. Plus I would like to get a few hardy plants in before I will be out there full time with the goats in about a month. I do have some deer/bird 'netting' that is thin not like the plastic poultry fence but thinner netting that I got for use in my earth bag build that I could use to fence the garden until I get to that stage in my building. I plan on being away from the land on the evenings and an occasional entire day for about the next two too three months.

Thank you for the informative threads. I am hoping one of them will be my solution to fencing our temporary garden area. I may opt to use deer 'netting' wrapped around trees on the perimeter of the garden until I get something better worked out. I really want to put all the brambles and branches I'm cutting to some type of use.
