He is about the most insightful guy out there, IMHO, connecting food, medicine, farming, and history. He predicted that the next viral outbreak would come from central China, based on how they are treating the terrain of the body there.  He has a nonprofit called Farmer's footprint, in which he tries to connect regenerative farming with health of people, not just spreadsheets of medical corporations.

I watched his interview also and was impressed by the amount of information he presented that made a lot of sense. Highly recommend for people to watch it.
