I started reading the book and don't want to stop.
Thanks so much for this book and all the work and lifetime of thought that went into it.

We have now set upgrade prices to the other formats.

So you can use this format to read the entire book on the cheap.  And if you like a better format, you can get it.

You should see an upgrade path for the eBook, the audiobook and the physical book.

I did it this morning and it worked, as I recall it takes pasting the code somewhere.  Try scrolling down on the page or maybe clicking on a link somewhere near the code.... you may also have to copy and paste a url and confirm you want to use the code for yourself, and not as a gift.  The link you posted above is valid only for you, so I'm going on memory alone.... It all happened so fast I don't remember the exact sequence but remember being a bit perplexed before I got to the book. you might have to copy and past the code into a different dialogue box and then click on a link.... something like that....good luck!

I see that you have a gift code.  If you follow that link, you have the option to give it to somebody or use it yourself.

Well something said above seems to have loosened the ties that bind... I emailed it to myself.
