THIS BEET WAS FINE THIS MORNING! I have cucumbers in this bed too, and they are okay so far!

Carefully check the underside of the leaves for bugs like aphids or beetles. They can damage plants overnight. Since your cucumbers are okay, it’s likely something affecting just the beets.
