It was rainy and chilly last night, so I wore a tuque to bed, and wool socks. Slept a comfortable, cozy Canadian sleep.
Looking through my guitar collection, I see a Seagull, an
Art & Lutherie, a Simon & Patrick, and an antique LTS out of Quebec. Still regret not grabbing a Pyramid acoustic that came up, made by Alex Lifeson's head guitar tech (slaps head repeatedly).
I haven't read Leacock in a while: need to give "Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town" its annual perusal.
And I'm finding it a little hard to read another favourite, Barry Broadfoot's "Ten Lost Years." It cuts too close to the bone right now.
Agreed: Ten bucks is ten bucks! Pulling said legal tender out of my wallet, one features Sir John. A. MacDonald and the other Viola Desmond. Welcome to Canada, a work in progress.
