Beats me, it rocks!  The video about their fire was posted a while ago.

It is a fascinating model, showcased in the recent documentary 'The Need To Grow' which has a significant focus on regenerative agriculture.
They built back after the fire and I think are doing well. Likely it hasn't spread because it is complex and requires a significant investment upfront.  Most of us kooks are low-budget, low-tech.
We aren't going to get designs, find a million dollars, etc.
But each part of this facility can be copied on its own, or in various combinations with much less infrastructure. If you had any land in a sunny place, you could grow algae and fix nitrogen.
