   Greetings All,

I've been a member of Permies for some time now, but am posting an introduction as I'm looking
to find my tribe and also want to share some information and resources with anyone doing the same.
Currently located in Michigan but willing to move anywhere 'attractive', i.e. rural with natural beauty
   and sufficient resources.

I am skilled (moderate to high) in building and design, appropriate technology, woodworking,
organic horticulture, bicycle repair, and nutritional cooking. I enjoy hard work, nature and outdoor
activities - camping, biking, kayaking, snowboarding, and hiking.

Below are some work samples that contain ideas some people might find useful in their own endeavors.
Feel free to borrow whatever you like and hit me up with any questions or ideas of your own.

   Live/Work Barn
a model for an intentional community common house

   Mobile Residence (PDF)
concepts and designs for off-grid technologies that can hit the road

   Appropriate Technology illustrated
this e-book is a nice primer for anyone interested in exploring AT further and creating some
   devices of their own

Please reach out if you think I might help you with your project / homestead / community.
I wish you all the best and hope to hear from you!

   Gregg

Gregg, I have 10 acres near manistee. I have been camping on the land making improvements while trying to figure out a future home. If you are in the area, feel free to camp here for a bit. If we get along, you could stay long term.

Feel free to ask any questions.

I glanced at your plans, they look nice. I'll look at them more tomorrow because it is late.

Hi Gregg,
I’m not totally clear if you are looking for a place to start implementing some of these designed into, and for a community or if you are simply offering your services for hire. If the former, and you’d be interested in southern Oregon, perhaps we can chat. I have property available for folks. You can read some of my other posts for more info about the land and myself.
Good luck,
Leaf

Hello Gregg-

Your plans look good! I have a 20 acre spread. Looking for people with skills wanting to start a community. We are in the beautiful Ozarks in Missouri.

Hi Greg, wondering if  you found your tribe? Feel your beautiful energy through your words. Realizing the Heart Basedl, like minded community I'm finding quickly (manifesting)    is not advertising their location (smart) Feeling much gratitude to have found this site to connect. With the happenings in our world of lack of honor and disconntion in all ways, the smart advice from people I respect is get self-sufficient, get growing, get in (Great) Community. Where is that? I have much to offer... My boyfriend has endless skills also including, all forms of construction, emt education, has managed many large ranches the list goes on... We believe our biggest asset is our intention to be the change, helping create a more "Beautiful World Our Hearts Know IS POSSIBLE" (Charles Einstein) Please reach out if this is your knowing also for a deeper conversation. himichele3@gmail.com
Thank you,
Michele

Hello Amber.
How do you like the Mo Ozarks ?
I'm looking at land in that area right now.
Not certain about it yet.
Is it working out for you there ?
