Has anyone ever baked bread on a rocket mass heater? I placed two firebrick on top of the barrel and added two pieces of homemade bread to warm up and I’m hooked now. So I’ve thought about baking bread on top of the RMH or is it even possible? There is a Superstone cloche bread baking dish that is ceramic that I thought about using. Thoughts?

Mine isn't done yet,  but I like the simpleness of the idea.
Invert a pot over it to retain heat and steam,  boom yet done.

I also have a new RMH and am very interested in this... haven't tried anything yet tho. I've been thinking maybe a pizza stone atop the barrel and some soret of insulated dome over it? Perhaps just an upside down dutch oven? The cloche idea seems worth a try!
