Today I worked on my pallet  processing.
Began with a carbide toothed Sawzall blade.
It cut through the nails easily,  but it was slightly too short.
My FIL offered me a much longer Spider brand bi-metal blade, and it worked a treat.
Holding the pallets up right was an issue, so  I threw together a stand made of the pallet wood itself
It worked OK, but I rebuilt it entirely before I was done.
I tried it on a pallet made with 6 foot 2x4s, and it worked nicely
So far I've garnered almost all the lumber I need to build 4'x6' rabbit hutch.

Excellent. Yup, sawzall all the way. There is no other way to  argue with the spiral air-driven nails that pallets are built with.
