Was thinking about a 4 x 4 foot Strawberry Bed

If I dedicated an entire 4'x4' raised bed for Strawberries, I was wondering what kind of yield could I expect if I somehow kept the birds and wildlife from consuming the berries.

That partly depends on what type of strawberry. Some types give one harvest per year & the ever bearing types produce fruit all season. Chickens get most of mine but I'd say a reasonable yield will be a few pies worth at least.

That sized bed would hold 16 plants so a good yield of a june barer would be about 14lb. 16 of my plants which are not protected from pests or fertilised other than compost when they are planted produce about 8lb so somewhere between 14lb and 8lb depending on the care you and the critters lavish on them.
