My Kickstarter email is xx+kickstarter@gmail.com (where xx is my actual email name). Gmail allows the addition of words after a "+" for advanced filtering. I recently supported a Kickstarter whose prize is here on Permies. Permies, however, doesn't allow the + in the email addresses, so I can't add my Kickstarter email address as a secondary address to retrieve my Kickstarter goodies.

Thoughts for a workaround?

I've now sent the ebook access through to your Permies email, as I could see it was the same as the one you used for Kickstarter just without the + stuff.

i'm having trouble logging on to permies - when it sends me a link and I click it, it keeps saying the link is no longer valid. I've done it several times. I'm trying to access the PDF book - Are you able to send it to my email address as well? it's laneyn@email.chop.edu

Hi Nina,

I've emailed that to you directly now.

Because you can post here, it looks like you did manage to log in successfully. In a purple-blue box below the bit about payment, you should be able to see the download link: https://permies.com/wiki/157756/Year-Grid-Kitchen-eBook

Please let me know if you still can't see it, and I will let other staff know to see if we can find out what is happening.

Hi Nina!

It looks like you managed to log in, and that our "one-click sign-in" wasn't working for you. Is, perchance, you email account hosted by Outlook?

We really want to figure out what's causing this bug, and whatever help you can give is much appreciated!

I have a knack for fixing things like this ... um ... sorry ... here is a concilitory tiny ad:
