I love this.  I make it for my birthday every year.
 
 Note, I'm using an 8-quart electric pressure cooker (instant pot) at sealevel.  You may need to adjust the cooking time.
 
 
 
Instant Pot brownie cheesecake
 
 prep:
 
 steamer basket and 2 cups water in pressure cooker
 
 line bottom of cake tin and grease sides
 
 
For brownie base:
 
 1 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
 
 2 eggs
 
 1/3 cup cocoa powder
 
 2 cup almond butter
 
 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
 
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
 1 teaspoon baking soda (I give a pinch extra for the pressure cooker)
 
 Mix well (electric mixer works for me). Put in bottom of cake tin.
 
 
For cheesecake top:
 
 8 ounces 225 g cream cheese, at room temperature
 
 1/4 cup 81 g maple syrup
 
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
 1 large egg
 
 Mix well (I use the same bowl and beater as the flavours are going to mingle a bit while cooking anyway). Put on top of brownie batter in cake tin.
 
 
The Cooking:
 
 20-22 min on high-pressure
 
 wait 10 min then release pressure.
 
 cool in fridge to set
 
 make a practice cake or five to figure out the right time for your pressure cooker.
