Some of the links point to Amazon books for sale (for items not easily found online). But there are lots of free resources linked also. The BBC "Farm" series is incredible. The entire "Bittersweet" Ozark traditional knowledge base (like Foxfire) is available online in its entirety.
I'm just getting started exploring this material. Kudos to the author! Worth your time IMO.
