Hello everyone. I am trying to explore veganism and would love to hear your responses about the challenges faced when switching to vegan food/ becoming a vegan.

I believe that whenever changing one's diet it takes awhile for the gut microbiome to adjust. There might be some time where cravings develop for the previous eaten foods but these should pass. There could also be problems properly digesting foods initially especially if they are foods that have not been consumed prior.
