GLBT &Q and allies, Permaculture Community South of the Mason Dixon

Hi to all, hi to everybody,

I am shortly organizing a move and land purchase somewhere in the vicinity of AL/MS/TN/WV/KY, there are some interesting properties out there.   I was wondering how many other GBLTQ people and/or allies also are currently looking for homesites with Permaculture intentions?

Having worked on a couple of larger projects, I'm much more into smaller spaces----a home rehab on an acre or two  would suit me fine.  Any thoughts? Any leads?

Shout out if you're out there.  Also if you're already established it would be nice to know you are nearby.  Maybe we can organize something together.

Lots of interestesting properties - and problems. I'm an  LGBT+ homesteader/Intentional Community-er, and I know some others, but we're all northies with no desire to move south. I'm sure they're out there though.
