Looked all around, ran searches, and "gear" is as close as any come to being such a forum. Can I respectfully ask for a dedicated computer forum?
Perhaps titled "Computing" (computies?) or whatnot?
Lots of computing articles to post, but if I put some up, they may be lost to easy visibility except within a specific search ...
Subject matter might be: hardware (computers, laptops, smartphones, ...), tinkering (smart home devices, arduino, raspberry pi, ...), software (windows, linux and variants, tools & utilities, applications, ...) ... there's even application (of software apps) to
permaculture, homesteading, and more. The list seems endless (to me, an IT guy) ...
Relevant topics for articles might be: backups, ransomware, upgrades (OS and/or Apps), and so much more ...
Comments? Apples (or possibly, gasp, raspberries)?
