Love the video! Great timing for me -- today my Aunt taught me my very first canning lesson. We made batch of bread and butter pickles and pickled beets. Recipes handed down from my Great Grandmother. Tomorrow we will can tomatoes.

I actually enjoyed the whole process and I do believe I will be doing a lot more canning in the future. Here is a pic my uncle took while we were just getting started. Now that she has given me a 'kick start' and I have seen your video -- I may have to try that corn relish -- it looks very tasty.
