Does anyone have any good grain free bread recipes?
I have tried flax but most don't bake all the way through and don't rise either even with 2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 to 1 tsp of baking soda plus apple cider vinegar. I waited till the last minute to add the ACV but still it doesn't rise.
My gut bloats if I eat  bread with grain in it. I also have celiac but have learned its from the glyphosate (roundup) they spray on most of our grain supply especially wheat.

Try https://www.powerhungry.com. She's got a grain free baking category.

I think the only grain free one of hers I've tried is the chickpea flax bread. It was tasty and had a pretty good texture. It was a little dry once it cooled, which I find is an issue with chickpea flour in general. I heated it up and ate it with peanut butter and apple and the dryness was gone.

I've seen other recipes ofvhers using almond or sunflower, coconut, lentils. Lots of options.

The only warning I'd give is that if you're following her recipes using the weights, rather than the volumetric measurements, watch the amount of water you add. It seems to end up being too much water when I've done it that way.

I bake a GF bread and sell it at Farmers Market. I do use a Sourdough Starter that is GF so this is the Link to my you tube playlist of GF ... It includes the video of rehydrating the starter I have available. There are 2 different recipes listed in the description of the video ...  https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9TTdzWoNjzdBG87qMHX48oMUaElxQRu8
