Welcome to Permies!

I think it's awesome that you are building a regenerative farm. Florida is warm enough to do a lot of year-round farming I believe.

I think it might help to share a few more details about your plans and what you're looking for in a partner?

What part of Florida? If I remember correctly Northern Florida and Miami are fairly different in terms of climate and terrain.

You mentioned diverse, so are you planning to include livestock? That might interest many, but turn others off.

I'm not a candidate, but I'm just trying to get the conversation rolling.

A financial partner or someone who can help with building, organizing and making it possible?

It's a 10 acre farm in the north of Volusia County, about 2 acres are fully cleared while 8 acres are forestry mulched. Kind of like having trees scattered here and there, too hot without shade in a summer time. My plans include aquaponics with Tilapia, Koi and maybe Trout, some of them inside 1,200 square ft building,  some outside as expansion. Have 1200 square ft greenhouse with hemp, got permit, still working on perfecting setup and trying different hemp strains. Plan on processing for CBD and CBG on site. Next going to get broilers, Florida allows up to 20,000 birds to be raised, processed and sold with easy small farm permit. Already have 3 fully insulated 45' shipping containers.  Plan on growing mushrooms in some. Selling mainly to local restaurants.
Florida native soil is very infertile.  Want to use chicks to improve it, plant cover crops right after them, no till whatsoever,  chicks will root rake between trees as well and fertilize.
Growing mealworms to supplement chicks ration and as source of fertilizer. Also grow duckweed as food for fish and chicks.
Would like to try bee keeping as some cover crops will be great for honey like buckwheat for example, goats are great to have, breed too and actually open to any other ideas. Just love it out there.
As for the partner(s) I am looking for the investment money are not needed really, I can build all permanent structures on my own, as to the current expenses farm should provide for that once it functions. I just want someone that really loves nature, has good hands, easy to work with (too crazy in the world right now, no need to add it in the farm, right?), has open mind.
There is a perfect place to dig a small pond there and build second building with kitchen and more.
The only thing is there is no living space there, whoever might want to join me will have to find place to live. I plan on getting at exemption for all 10 acres.
So here it is, in a nutshell.  As I said very much open to other ideas.
I do have a shell tractor with essential implements and a small dump truck too. Got power, deep well. All of it new.
