I stumbled on this rather neat design for an improved burn barrel. At home I make biochar, but I need a different setup for my in-laws place. This looks good.

It has a preheated secondary air supply, and a well thought out cutting plan.

Excellent! Thanks for posting. Barrel projects are fun. I have a smoky old firepit that needs help. This gets my wheels turning.
