I have been lucky to get a new resident on my place - a great horned owl. Whether or not it is getting it's grove on, I don't really care. I love laying at night in bed and listening to the calls. The owl makes me forget our asphalt world and I hope it stays as long as I am in the house.

Jealous of your owl resident, Rion.

I once heard that mosquitoes couple up when their buzzing, which sounds flat in tone to us, actually harmonizes (scientists did something to make the pitch audible to human ears).
