I'm not sure when you can say you've completed the program. Maybe PEP4?
So far two people have completed PEP1 (Opalyn and me). I haven't been approached by an Otis yet. Maybe others have. Or maybe Otises have us in their wills already.
I suspect we'll need to get to PEP2 before an inheritance would be very likely.
Well, it's kinda like a race without a finish line. Or rather, there are a bunch of hidden finish lines with landowners watching them but those in the race don't see where they are. So it's hard to tell if anyone is finished until they satisfy an Otis, get land AND tell us about it.
It's been going on for 2-3 years now... It's definitely picking up speed since the book came out.
An estimate of inheritance probability was made in June of 2020. It can't be tested until someone crosses the defined finish lines for PEP2 or PEP4.
My guess is that by the time the first person completes PEP2, they will get six or seven Otis options.
By the time the first person completes PEP4, that person will probably get a hundred Otis options.
I guess what I am trying to say is that I think that the desire for PEPpers is already quite big. My guess is that for the first ten years there will be 50 Otises for every PEPper. Maybe after that it will settle to something closer to 20-to-1 or 10-to-1.
Devoured by giant spiders without benefit of legal counsel isn't called "justice" where I come from!
