I'm resurrecting this thread as part of me quest to see what my livestock will eat that I've already got growing on my land.
Now, I sort of knew that sheep would eat grape leaves but there's a fair bit in their paddock. I suppose it could be just out of reach. Anyway, today I cut down a pin cherry that had wild grapes growing up it. I decided to see if the cows would eat it and sure enough they stopped eating their hay and went for the grape leaves. They even ate the unripe grapes! I piled some up and the sheep came over and started eating and so did the chickens!
