How come my attachments won't post in order of attachment?

I'm trying to post 12 attachments all at once.
I click on them in order, one at a time from a storage folder on my phone.
Then they attach and post in what looks like a totally random order.

Is there anything I can do other than attach them one by one?

I blame gremlins.  I can't figure this out either.  Sometimes it goes perfectly in order, other days it's all mixed up.  I end up doing one by one if it's really important or rely on captions when it isn't.

Haha!
That was my first guess...good to have it confirmed
Will attach the "old" way then as it is more helpful to post these 'handouts' in order.

Thanks!!!

It is a bit redundant, but you could attach them to the post, then go back and edit the post to add the images embedded in the correct order.  A bit silly that it will show them embedded in the right order, then attached in the wrong order, but it is an option . . .

Thanks Beau,
I'm going to try that next time I'm on wifi at the library...rearranging attachments uses too much of my limited data at home.
