Re-registering

What if two people share an email address. It appears that only one of them can register, and second person will have to post under the first person's account.

I just looked through the admin stuff and couldn't find anything to allow this to be different.

M, gonna give you admin access. Then you should see a link at the bottom for the admin page ....

Mmmm, at the bottom of what? I'm not seeing anything useful, although it does say "site admin" under my name now. I see [administrator][moderator] at the bottom of the page, but they aren't links.

At the bottom of every page, I see a link that says "Go to Administration Panel"

I don't see any link like that. I even tried with several different browsers just in case it would make a difference.
