I have a white knockout rose bush that I stopped deadheading since late August and there are hundreds of hips developing now. Biggest one is about half inch and just starting to change color. However, none of the reviews on knockout roses mentioned anything about rosehips. I know rugosa Hansa is famous for big tasty hips. I just ordered Sevillana (red) and bonica (pink).  What about other shrub type roses that are both repeated bloomers and hip producers? Any recommendations?

The hips are so lovely! It would be nice a single nursery would offer many varieties of roses for hips with a lower price. Buying individual ones from various stores plus multiple shippings costs a lot!
That's why I am wondering how other knockout roses behave, at least I can get them all at once.
