we have the banner for the earthworks workshop in sandy eggo currently running at the top and at the end of threads. We are trying to show it just to people in california. If you are in california, do you see it?

It should show up about 30% of the time. Did you refresh?

It showed up, once out of 15 refreshes and only on the bottom of a thread only, thus far.
I'll futz a some more see if it changes.

Okay as usual I spoke to soon.
So, I have seen it on top now too -- but only on threads.
The earthworks specific banner doesn't pop up very often, it is usually the SC Perma Converge ones that show up.
I would say it shows up 30% of the time if you include the SC perma converge.

A lot of things come out of nowhere, so look everywhere.

Well the earthworks one is currently configured to show up ONLY for people in california. So it works! Hot dog!

In 12 refreshes I've seen it twice but only at the top.

I went in to give it a bump, but the numbers bumped up right before my eyes. So i think another admin has the same idea ...

Tom, if you're not totally bored of this, you should see the San Diego-specific top and bottom banners at about 30% for real on all thread pages (and only thread pages) now. Can you confirm?
