There are so many options. I'm not sure where to start.

My experience so far has been largely with water conservation and collection, growing food/composting and raising animals. All good things.

The home itself is a modular/manufactured home from the 1970's. I'd like to take a look at options to make it as energy efficient as possible, I suppose. I have 1.5 acres, about... 1/4 of which is wooded and lovely. The other 3/4 is 'landscaped' yard. I'm thinking about doing something about that also. Not a huge fan of grass lawns.

The woods... Definitely needs a faerie forest.

I just want to do... All the things. I don't even know where to start. (Par from tearing out the rhododendrons in the front yard. Bleh!)

I guess if I had to prioritize them, I'd say that growing food, creating compost, rain collection and feathered friends are my top priorities.

I'm open to suggestions!

Much Love From The Rainy State!!!

It seems to me that asking good questions is the start of finding good answers.

Walk us through your land, and we will happily toss ideas your way.
