This is the official place where you can claim a letter for the X in PEX.

PEP - Permaculture Experience according to Paul      Steward of PEP is Paul Wheaton
PEA - Permaculture Experience for Apartments          Steward of PEA is Paul Wheaton
PEM - Permaculture Experience according to Mike    Steward of PEM is Mike Haasl


Once you have claimed a PEX, you need to actually develop it or it can be claimed by someone else.  
  - An introductory thread needs to be created within a month.  
  - 12 badges need to be defined within 6 months.

You need to fully understand the SKIP process before claiming a PEX.  Making a PEX is NOT a small undertaking and involves lots of staff-level work behind the scenes to implement.
