Hi all, having some spring showers here in mid-April... May flowers could be a bit delayed this year... always June flowers I guess!

We've been cold and blustery here near the coast with threats of hard frost. I've got a bunch of fruit trees blooming, but I've hardly seen a bee. I hand pollinated my peach tree, but I was looking at the forecast thinking, I need to do the same for the plums and pears.

Hey Thomas,  Looks like you've got some lumber for some more raised beds for Liz to play in?
Guess that will have to wait until the 'rain' clears.

Yup;  You guessed it. Slight delay on raised bed construction!
$250 got me enough for 2 raised hugle beds!
The third will have to wait.
The firewood pile has been uncovered... if it's going to be winter again, I'll need to get that cut up and moved before it disappears  under the snow!
