Echinacea (purple coneflower) can be used to help fight stubborn colds. It's nice to have some in storage, and they're pretty flowers.
Nodding onions are like chives, just with a stronger onion flavor. You can use them in soups, salads, baked potatoes, and anything else you want a little additional onion flavor in. They're perennials and multiply by bulb, so you can have lots of plants if you divide it ever year or so and plant the extra bulbs.
These were the two that caught my attention. I love trying new members of the onion family.
The pots will go outdoors. The sale isn’t until the 20th, I think.
I think we already have a seed mix for pollinators. I’ll have to check what is in the blend.
