Grow bags

I got a bit obsessed with growing food indoors this winter. I bought these grow bags for potatoes but then I didn’t have be up getting going on that project as I had an indoor bug problem to deal with first. Now I’ve opened them and realized that they’re probably too small, but oh well I will try them anyway. But now I’m realizing they’re made of like micro plastic. Would you grow food in this? Or should I just put some  flowers in there?

They are probably made of felted non woven polyester so they won't rot away. I don't know if they will shed microfiber particles or not. If you have concerns, use them for flowers.

I have ~25 that I bought five years ago and I'm still using them but I'm looking to replace with only clay containers going forward.
