We have been working for a while on a another style of "ship-able" core. We will have it in 8,6,& 4" versions. More pictures of the 6" core can be found at this thread over at the rocket stove experimenter forum. It includes the 2ndary air p-channel, tripwires & vortex ends.

We expect to be shipping in the next 2 weeks in 4",6", & 8" sizes. Attached is a picture of the 6" core.
