Can't change my profile personal information

What am I doing wrong?
In my permies profile set up
I want to delete my website link
and change my signature.
I've tried several times, and the profile keeps the original.

I've removed the website link for you, but I've no idea why you couldn't do it yourself. Let me know if you need anything else changing, and I'll report the problem to see if any of the programming guys can find out what's wrong.

Linda - did you enter the 'captcha' code at the bottom of the page, just above the 'submit' button?

I have tried every way there is.
I always enter the codes.
I hit "reset" before and after the change.
I hit submit w/o hitting reset.

There is an instruction to fill all areas with **
however I see no asterisk in any field on the page

I tried last night several times, and today twice.

The specific error message is: "than*" is a silly English abbreviation; use "thanks" instead.

Yes, that's how the software is designed to work

Why can I not see my signature below my posts? There are post from others where I sometimes can't see theirs either and I know that they have one.

You need to edit you profile, go to preferences and make sure you check the box that displays your signature under each post.
