Not able to access Low Tech Laboratory pages - Can someone help?

Hello. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this message, but I'm trying to get in touch with Paul Wheaton's Low Tech Lab. I contributed to the kickstarter and am trying to access the "Everything in 'thanks' " items, but when I click the links for both the rewards and for the support page (https://permies.com/f/498/tech-laboratory-support), I'm getting a message that says,

Oooops.. You don't have sufficient privileges to access this forum

If anyone has any ideas of what I'm doing wrong, I'd appreciate the input.

Usually what happens is the email you used for supporting the kickstarter is different than the email used on permies.

On your profile you will find a tab to add a secondary email address. Try adding the email address you used for kickstarter to your permies account.
