Welcome to Permies!
I have experience with goose foot issues. It's a sad circumstance. We hate for our goose friends to be in pain or discomfort.
Unfortunately, geese tend to get leg/foot injuries pretty easy.
If you can handle your goose, see if you can get a look at the bottom of her foot to check for a wound or "bumble" on the bottom. Those can be treated, checked daily, and will heal.
Geese can also pull muscles in their legs which don't heal well because of their size and the amount of stress their legs tend to be under. If she's pulled a muscle, the best you can do is try to keep her from needing to walk for a time, so that the pulled muscle can heal.
If it's something like a wound to the webbing, also pretty common, it will heal by itself in time and she'll stop limping gradually.
I'd keep an eye on her, watch to see where and when she limps and how she behaves when she's limping. Adding baker's yeast (a source of B vitamins for geese) to her diet, or letting her graze more might help without having to add other things.
Congratulations on your goose friend!
