The Forager Chef, Alan Bergo, posted a video where he made his maple acorn torte....dang amazing!!!

I took a picture of the last piece of the torte I made today (it then disappeared quickly) from my northern red oak acorn flour and my maple syrup....it was by far the best acorn flour recipe I've ever made.  Posting here to tell you all to make this!  I can now die happy.  Thank you so very much Alan.

I'm drooling. I'm inspired now to learn the process of making acorn flour. Thanks!
