here is my new rocket mass heating

core: 130mm batch box in refractory tiles insulated with cellular concrete and expanded clay

thermal battery: half barrel split with cob

for now it's still smoky, but it's still soaked
of water

Do you find any errors in the photos? help me please

Very nice build Cedric!
I can't see your photos very well, but what I can see looks good.
A piece of aluminum foil across the top and face of your door opening will help with the smoking back into the room.
Are you planning on creating a door for it?
As the water dries out your draft will improve as your mass heats up.

hello
right now I'm using 3 bricks as a temporary door, do you recommend replacing it with aluminum foil?
I would like to build a very simple door, without glass, I have some questions:
What is the percentage of primary air compared to CSA? where in the door?

does the door need to be insulated?

the ceiling of the combustion chamber is a cast iron plate, as can I make the door frame

I'm almost ready to wear my first BBR door
