I'm glad you're both on the forums with permies.

I have two questions regarding rocket mass heaters. I saw YouTube video where they used barrels as the exit ductwork for the rocket mass here. The barrels were cutting half an butt it up into and then cobbed over. What are your thoughts on that kind of system?

Also I've noticed on much of the literature and when I watch your videos of Rocket mass heater building that the run of ductwork sort of goes in loop. What it work to do a straight run say and 18 for one run with one ductwork entire length?

Sorry for that last post. I am slowly going blind. I was using the voice recognition for the post. When I read it later later it felt little choppy to me too.

I will sketch what I'm thinking. And post it this afternoon after work.

Also, I will hunt down that YouTube video on the barrel ductwork that I saw.
 
So it takes a day for light to pass through this glass? So this was yesterday's tiny ad?
