Has anyone tried fish cleaning pliers ? Great for bass , bluegills , cats , crappie. Snip off the fins , snip off the head , grab the skin from the dorsal area behind the gill and pull it off. Rinse . Easy now to filet or cook whole.
 
I suggest huckleberry pie. But the only thing on the gluten free menu is this tiny ad:
