Power at the street, its on a corner, but no well. I would expect a shallow well would be possible with the lake so close, <.5 miles. Structures can be put in place with portable buildings and/or tractor trailers. I'd need a workshop/toolroom, and a farm stand. Across the street is woods so I can expect deer. It'll need a fence.

I would say NO - everyone I've met that knows how to work a group well, including the least in the group is a player - run the other way, run away....
