Need an ID, greens with red stem

Looking for an ID on this plant, growing in a garden in Kansas City, edible greens, that's about all I know.

Doesn't look like the Malabar Spinach I have growing mine has very rounded leaves, but might be related.

Red variety of m spinach?

I grew it a couple of years but cannot stand the taste.
Leaf shape and shade seem to change with light exposure to some degree.

Is quite pointed

Interesting. I have both red and green Malabar this year, and both have super round leaves. Wonder if light/water/soil is a factor, that would explain why I can almost ID this plant but not swear to it.
