Join Earthen Shelter and Kirk (Donkey) Mobert for a 3 day deep dive into learning about Rocket Stoves.

In this workshop we will be building a Rocket Cook Stove, the next addition to our wood fired kitchen.  While this version of a Rocket Stove uses similar technology as a more traditional  Rocket Mass Heater (RMH), it is specifically designed for cooking rather than heating. Rocket stoves are a type of masonry heater, built with simple, affordable, accessible materials and techniques.  The one we will be building in this course will be built with earthen building techniques, including both cob and adobe. It will occur on October 4th, 5th and 6th.

Kirk "Donkey" Mobert will be teaching the workshop.
