Hi everyone,
For 13 years I'm a Permies-reader, now I have something to post:
I just wanted to share something I’ve been working on that combines my love for
permaculture and
games: Permaplay. It’s not just a game—it’s also a really valuable tool for anyone interested in learning about plants, designing gardens, or diving deeper into
permaculture.
The set includes 128
cards filled with practical plant information. You can learn things like:
Which plants thrive in wet or dry soil.
Whether a tree needs a pollination partner.
How to plan your garden for year-round harvests.
What I love about it is how versatile it is—there are lots of different ways to play. From quick and fun guessing
games to more strategic design challenges, it works for all ages and brings people together across generations.
It’s been such a helpful resource for me personally, and I thought it might resonate with others here, too.
By the way…
I’m also looking for partners to help bring Permaplay to more people. If you’ve ever thought about combining
permaculture and a small business idea, or if you know someone who runs a shop where this might fit perfectly, let me know!
I’d love to connect, either to share more about the
cards or to chat about possible collaboration.
You can reach me at

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! 😊
