i forgot my password and my email no longer works - need to get into my account!

Hello, I have an email registered with jmmastra@syr.edu and that email is no longer valid and i can not gain access to it. I purchased the Permaculture Adventure Bundle and was wondering if you could transfer my purchase to this account or help me access the other account by way of changing my email. I tried, but it must have to be done on the admin level. I really am wanting to dig into these resources I purchased. Thank you.

In order to move forward with this, we need some way to  verify that you and the account you mention are really the same person.  Normally, you can just log in by giving the old email address and the password you provided and then everything is golden from there.  Is there a problem in this space?

We'll get you all sorted out, but this particular problem is pretty rare, and when it does happen we want to make sure we do a good job with security stuff.

my partner and i nicholas coon studied at rancho mastatal which is why we made the purchase, i will attach what happened when i tried to use my name to register which is jeanne mastrandrea - i did purchase these resources in july and am hoping to gain access to the purchase asap

From our point of view, you might be the same person, or you could be a friend playing a not-so-funny joke on the other person.  We need some sort of proof that both accounts belong to you.  If we have that, we can press some buttons.

The easiest is to log into the old account and post to this thread.

But I think you are saying
1. You forgot your password to the old permies account you bought the stuff on?
2. You can't use the reset password because you no longer have that email address?
3. So you cannot log into your old account to tell us you are you?

What other information could you give us?

Forgot the password and the email is gone.  That makes sense.  You don't need to wait 48 hours, we wanna get you to your stuff asap!

The 48 hour rule is about asking a question, and if you have not had an excellent answer in 48 hours, you can invoke the rule and we will work hard to get an excellent answer!

You bought this via paypal.  Do you know the paypal transaction id?  If you know that, that would PROVE that it is you!

I get it. I think you guys think about jokes a bit too often, I would like access to something I purchased you can reach out to Nic or Timo if you need to assure I am real. I lost my job and have a lot going on, I thought I had to click a button agreeing to be nice? I honestly am feeling bullied right now by these responses. If you give me a call I can give you both of our passports/liscenses/socials... what do you want from me to just be able to read a document? i am honestly really struggling in my personal life. I wasnt able to log in to post this as you had outlined and i sent 3-4 emails to the address listed on "contact us" with no response. It took a lot and months for me to get to this point. I can provide you any information you need about my proof of identity. 1/2/3 answers are all yes.

The transaction id looks different than the one I see.  Perhaps you bought more than one thing that day?

The thing we need is something to show both emails are connected to the same person.  

Personally, I'm not willing to give access to another person's account unless I can see you are that other person.  I haven't seen this yet.

This is a new one on me.  

After a bunch of different comedies (such as the number i see is very different), i logged in to paypal and fed this number in.  It came back with THE transaction and told me a different number - the number we have on file.  Therefore, I am gonna count as a match!

My guess is that we change the email address on the other account, and then everything will be right as rain, correct?  So all I need to know is:  what do you want the new email address to be on the other account?
