Well, I don't know if it is the right place to post this, so please move it if it  needs to be elsewhere.

This morning, I received an e-mail from Martin Crawford to let me know that the lease for the land of their 31 years old forest garden will be terminated and to fight for it.  My heart is broken, and I am almost speechless.

I am posting a link that will tell you far more than I can.

Please help and sign the petition!

I would think the simplest solution is to form a donation pool and buy the land to be designated as a conservational trust.  What is the legal framework for that in your country?  Then it could be continued to be managed in a manner spelled out within the trust.

Thank you for sharing, Olga.
Well that's short sighted of the Dartington Trust... I wrote my message of support for saving the food forest from eviction.

All food forest fans, please consider adding your voice to the protest - the Trust wants to end the lease contract of Martin Crawfords food forest.

Michael, that's a good plan, pooling resources and buying the land. (The foodforest is in the UK.)
Perhaps share your idea in the support messages?

Crawford has posted some encouraging updates at the link above. If you haven't yet signed the petition and/or emailed the trustees, it's worth doing so. Keep the pressure on them!
