I decided to see if I could grow some veggies at my apartment. So far I have potatos in a bag, and tomatoes & onions in buckets. I ran out of soil, so I had to start the mini bell peppers in a red solo cup! I have the cherry tomatoes, btw. Everything is from seed. (Ish, do seed potatoes count as a seed??) Btw, it's only been 10 days since I planted everything. Will update when something green pops up! ☺️🌱 (Fyi the potatos are russets) Btw I am trying to get a BB for this.
I'm in a similar boat, we're in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony. I have lots of pots and plants, but I'm looking forward to our move this summer in which we'll have a little bit of yard. At any rate make the apartment gardening work for you, you're starting well, making sure everything has enough sun is key. If it doesn't then perhaps grow lights can help as supplament. I've heard though that, while you can grow greens under growlight-only conditions, more complex plants are harder, so sunshine really is the best.

I am growing them inside, due to chemtrails and I don't want them being taken, etc. I have a mat I have them on, and they're getting as much sun as I can possibly give them. & Yes, I have drainage holes, I plan on watering them outside so it doesn't get everywhere, as Idk if the mat is waterproof.
Have yall checked out the PEA version of SKIP. It was designed with apartment dwellers in mind. I am doing a PEA garden challenge this year if anyone wants to post in that thread. https://permies.com/t/274535/PEA-gardening-skills-challenge
