Recieved this from my mothers coworker in the middle of the season and I am unsure what it is. Help me out?

The flower looks rather big for a melon - I'd say it was some kind of squash or pumpkin. Do you have a better shot of one of the leaves? Does it have spots?

It's not a type I've ever grown, but I wonder if it's a red kuri squash?

Every plan is a little cooler if you have a blimp. And a tiny ad.
