Just went out and picked about 5 oz of magnolia flowers to make some syrup.
I grabbed a bit of lemon balm as well and am making some fresh tea with it.

We loved the tiny bit of syrup I made last year so I had to make more. I think I'll hit it with the immersion blender when it cools a bit more since the chunky flower bits aren't great in baked goods but I want to keep as much flavour as possible.
Hopefully,  I'll get another round in a few days.
